Latest Exam Pattern SSC CGL Recruitment 2026
- Tier-1 (Qualifying): 100 questions, 200 marks, 60 minutes. Sectional timing of 15 minutes each for 4 sections (Reasoning, GK, Quant, English). Negative marking 0.50 marks.
- Tier-2 (Merit Based): Paper-1 (Compulsory for all) – 450 marks. Paper-2 (Statistics) for JSO posts – 200 marks. Paper-3 (Finance & Economics) for AAO posts – 200 marks.
- Tier-2 has sectional timing and negative marking.
- No Tier-3 Descriptive Paper. Final selection on Tier-2 performance.
