Selection Process
  1. Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) : Computer-Based Written Exam assessing General Knowledge, General Science, Mathematics, and Reasoning ability. Conducted from 30 June to 10 July 2025 at designated exam centres in 13 languages.
  2. CEE Result (Stage 1 Qualified) : Released on 26 July 2025 at joinindianarmy.nic.in – ARO/ZRO-wise PDF with qualifying Roll Numbers. Shortlisted candidates proceed to next stage.
  3. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) : 1.6 km run (within 5 min 30 sec for Group I; 5 min 31 sec to 5 min 45 sec for Group II), 10 pull-ups, 9 feet ditch, zig-zag balance. Scheduled: 1 August – 16 September 2025.
  4. Physical Measurement Test (PMT) : Height, Chest (for male), Weight measurements as per post-wise and zone-wise norms.
  5. Medical Examination : Comprehensive medical fitness test as per Army medical standards conducted at Military Hospitals.
  6. Document Verification : All original documents including educational certificates, Domicile, Category Certificate, Character Certificate, Sports Certificate (if any), NCC/ITI certificates verified.
  7. Final Merit List : Prepared based on overall performance in all stages, normalized CEE marks, and available ARO-wise vacancies. Reservation as per Government of India norms.
  8. Dispatch to Training Centre : Selected candidates dispatched to respective Army Training Centres on receipt of Joining Letter.
